Buster is back

Published on 12/10/2016

To celebrate this, the company is running a spring Buster promotion campaign.

“It’s based around the trusted and proven reliability of Buster,” says Chris Miln, Bayer marketing manager.

“With Buster growers can be sure they have a well proven and reliable herbicide. The Bayer formulation technology provides a high quality glufosinate ammonium formulation with minimal foaming characteristics.”

Buster provides a high level of crop safety to established fruit and vine crops and is highly effective on some hard to control weeds like clovers, mallows and tall willow herb.

Because it only targets green tissue, non-lignified plant trunks must be shielded from contact with Buster.

As well as running an advertising campaign, farmers and growers also have an opportunity to enter a ‘Text to Win’ competition.

Twenty winners will receive a UE Boom portable bluetooth speaker.

The competition runs from August through to the end of November with winners drawn on 9 December.

The campaign also features ‘Buster is Best’ providing recommendations for getting the best from using Buster, which is available on www.buster.co.nz.

Buster is available in 1, 5 and 20 litre packs.
